Community Living Cambridge has been supporting adults with developmental disabilities in Cambridge since 1954. We support people in achieving their needs and wishes, hopes and dreams. CLC provides a wide range of services such as:
Supported Living (Group Homes, Associate Home Programs, Independent Living Choices)
Community Participation Supports (Day Programs at Franklin Centre and Hespeler Centre, Work and Volunteering, and Recreation).
Community Living Cambridge provides services to hundreds of people with developmental disabilities. For the most part, these spaces are referred to CLC by our funding Ministry. For further information, please contact our local Developmental Services Ontario office.
Community Living Cambridge offers fee-for-service programs and Passport funding supports that are not selected based on referrals to the agency. For more information on these programs, please contact us.

CLC does not currently offer this service.
Direct funding provided by the Ontario Government can be applied to through the local Developmental Services Ontario office.
We’re here to help. Managing Passport funding on your own can be a daunting task. Make an appointment with one of our staff and we will be able to walk you through the process.
