Darlene Keating
Manager, Group Living
Darlene is dedicated to supporting all CLC staff in her role as an On-call Manager. She has over 16 years of frontline work experience as well as involvement in various committees at CLC. Darlene has her PSW Certificate and is currently enrolled in the DSW Apprenticeship Program at Fanshawe College. She is a strong promoter and supporter of the DSW program. Darlene really enjoys spending time with new staff and ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their roles in this sector. Darlene's personal/professional philosophy beliefs are inclusion, self-determination, living with dignity, diversity, moral courage, and equality for everyone. Darlene was born and raised in Cambridge, Ontario. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog.
