Jane Hale-McDonald serves as Chair of Community Living Cambridge and chairs the Executive Committee, Nominations Committee, and ED Review Committee. Jane retired and then established McDonald Talent Titans, a consulting firm offering services in human resources, people management, coaching, and talent acquisition. Jane retired after 29 years as Vice President, People & Culture (Environmental, Health & Safety, Chief Privacy Officer) at GrandBridge Energy Inc.
Her professional background includes more than 30 years in the energy sector, with additional experience of over 10 years in private, manufacturing, and public service industries. Jane holds a CHRL designation, Master’s Certification in Energy Leadership from Schulich, completed the Executive Master’s Program at York University, earned a Mediation Certification from the University of Waterloo, and is a graduate of the Chartered Directors Program (C. Dir) at McMaster University.
She has been recognized with the Woman of Distinction Award for Education / Training and Professional Development from the Chamber of Commerce, Volunteer of the Year award for her service within Waterloo Region, and a Volunteer Excellence Award from the Ontario Electricity Association.
