Ravi Baichan, CPA, CGA is a senior finance, regulatory, and risk management executive with more than 20 years of experience. He currently serves as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Risk Management at Enova Power Corp., where he leads regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and strategic advisory functions for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Ravi has held senior leadership positions with the Ontario Energy Board, Tillsonburg Hydro Inc., and multiple utility companies, building expertise in regulatory affairs, financial strategy, governance, capital planning, and organizational transformation.
A CPA, CGA with executive leadership training from Smith School of Business and Schulich School of Business, Ravi is also an active community leader, serving as the Treasurer of the Dharmic Cultural Centre of Cambridge.
