Valerie has dedicated her career to helping people grow their communication and leadership skills. For 3 decades, she has designed and facilitated training programs that support stronger workplaces and healthier communities.
Valerie began this work as co-owner of The Management Development Group and later founded Centric Dynamix Inc., where she continues to create and deliver programs that help groups work better together. She has led sessions with hundreds of teams in both unionized and non-unionized settings, and across public and private sectors.
Her approach is grounded in real-world experience, including senior leadership roles as General Manager at Bendtech Inc. and Proform Inc. Valerie believes that strong communication and inclusive leadership are at the heart of building thriving organizations and communities.
