Internal Job Posting Program: Rose New Position Number of Positions: 1 Positing Number: 2026-007 This Job posting is only for Internal Community Living Cambridge Staff members TYPICAL HOURS OF WORK: 40 hrs weekly. 80 Bi-Weekly Rotating shifts with flexibility required. Days, evenings, and weekend rotating shift. Required to work Statutory Holidays.
DESCRIPTION OF CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support individuals to live with dignity, in line with the values and ethics of Community Living Cambridge.
- To uphold confidentiality of all individuals.
- To assist and facilitate participants in all life skill activities.
- Maintain primary caseload responsibilities to individuals assigned including maintain records, finances, programs, contacts with family and other professionals.
- To carry out resident programs and other duties as outlined in the job description.
FORMAL EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Completed post-secondary education in a field related to developmental services or social services. Minimally this means a 2-year college diploma program.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of the needs and rights of person with developmental disabilities.
- Previous experience working with people who have disabilities and mental health will be an asset.
- Must be strong team player, motivator and be well organized.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have working knowledge of ShareVision, and MS Office.
- Must have an overall good work record with CLC.
- Must be able to perform the essential duties of the role.
