JOB TITLE:Temporary, Unfixed Line, Day Coordinator, Full-Time (32 hours/week) Duration:12 Months Contract Posting:2026-026
PROGRAM:Multiple Locations (Assigned Based on Operational Needs) PAY RATE: $ 22.77-$24.99 (as per Collective Agreement) Number of Position:Three (3) TYPICAL HOURS OF WORK: 32 hrs Weekly / 64 Bi-Weekly
The successful candidate will work in a variety of settings, supporting continuity of care while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪ Support individuals to live with dignity, in alignment with the values and ethics of Community Living Cambridge ▪ Uphold confidentiality of all individuals ▪ Provide personal care, support, and supervision to individuals in their home ▪ Dispense medication, complete documentation, and perform health & safety checks ▪ Transport individuals to appointments and community activities and travel between program locations as required ▪ Perform housekeeping duties and program-related tasks ▪ Complete all necessary documentation as per QAM and program requirements ▪ Provide backfill coverage for staff on short term Leaves of Absence, and Paid Time Off (less than six (6) months) ▪ Work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations
FORMAL EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: ▪ Sensitivity to and understanding of the needs and rights of people supported in the developmental sector ▪ Experience supporting individuals with developmental, physical, medical, or behavioural needs considered an asset ▪ Experience with mental health and complex care needs considered an asset ▪ Strong teamwork and communication skills ▪ Ability to perform essential job duties ▪ Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work locations and assignments ▪ Good general work record with CLC
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: ▪ Valid driver’s licence ▪ Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for work-related travel between program locations ▪ Current certifications required (First Aid, CPR, SMG, WHMIS)
